Youth Hub Live - Event Centre Opening Showcase is Here!

We are ready to go! Come and celebrate Ara Taiohi Youth Week with the opening of Youth Hub Christchurch’s brand new Events Centre - featuring a night of live performance from Ōtautahi’s emerging talent.

Join us for our first-ever Youth Performance Showcase - a high-energy evening of local musicians, bands, and performers taking the stage and building real-world performance experience.

The showcase officially opens our new Events Centre - a low-cost, central city venue created for young people and dedicated to creativity, connection, and belonging.

Purpose-built for youth, the space will host everything from music, dance, and theatre to film nights, meet-ups, and even circus arts.

The Events Centre is the latest addition to Youth Hub Christchurch, alongside supported housing for young people at risk of homelessness, wraparound support services, and welcoming spaces where all rangatahi can connect, belong, and have fun in the heart of the city.
