Events Centre
Our new Events Centre is purpose built for young people to connect and belong.
It provides 128m2 of flexible use events space and is designed to be a low-cost central city venue specifically for Christchurch youth to express themselves and take part in activities from music and dance, to drama to circus arts.
The space is super flexible and easy to use! Let us know what you need, or we can help you work that out.
Opening Hours
The Events Centre is available for hire from 9am to 9.30pm, seven days a week for events for up to 40 people.
We can also accommodate larger events for up to 200 people on a limited number of occasions each year.
If you’re planning a big event, we recommend getting in touch early to discuss availability.
Youth Hub has a strict no-alcohol policy for all hires. We also can’t accommodate ball sports (but you’re free to use our Outdoor Activities Courtyard) or high heels!
