It’s been a busy few months at Youth Hub Chch, with our new Events Centre filling up fast since opening three months ago. From events and hui to creative workshops, it’s been awesome seeing the space filled with so many rangatahi connecting, creating and giving things a go.

A huge thanks to the Rātā Foundation for their support in bringing the Events Centre to life - and for producing a great video about the facility. Check it out on our previous blog!

We’ve also loved seeing fresh street art pop up around campus, thanks to our free programme led by Nick Tam (Ikarus) and the Watch This Space crew, with support from Christchurch City Council's Creative Communities Scheme.

As we look ahead to the next stages of Youth Hub Chch, this Wills Month we’re asking you to consider leaving a lasting legacy for Canterbury’s young people.

Every gift, big or small, helps support the long-term future of Youth Hub Chch - including our plans for a drop-in centre, creative spaces, a training café and 10 supported homes for young families.
