This afternoon our Chair Dame Sue Bagshaw, alongside Phil Bagshaw, presented our oral submission to the Christchurch City Council on the draft Long Term Plan.
In our submission we outline how the Youth Hub is 'must-have' development for Christchurch to improve youth mental health and wellbeing and ask the Council to grant us $2 million from the Capital Endowment Fund so we can carry on with construction of Stage Two of the Hub.
