Anglican Care Purchase Land at 109 Salisbury Street

Anglican Care Purchase Land at 109 Salisbury Street

By Sue Bagshaw | News, Youth Hub Development | 0 comment | 21 May, 2018 | 0

Land has been purchased by Anglican Care at 109 Salisbury Street which used to be a Bowling Club before the earthquakes with the intent of leasing to the Youth Hub to build transition accommodation and facilities for services to provide assistance to young people in Christchurch.
The Board will hold the lease with Anglican Care and undertake a governance role to hold leases for the other organisations and provide co-ordination, creation and ongoing maintenance of the Hub facilities.
A Co-design process with young people and service providers is beginning in June.
